Mom… send more tomyam pls.

Probably my mom won’t be reading this so can someone pass her the message? :P lolz…

Nonetheless, last weekend (yes, this is one of the long delayed post) Auyong, TseWei and I had a small little gathering at my place to have tomyam seafood!!! :D

This is courtesy of the bottle of tomyam paste my mom bought for me when I was back home in May… as of now, it’s at an all time low already… hahaha… but we had such a great meal the other day. (pity though for “someone” who seemed to had a lethal combination of food that day… lolz).

So, first stop… ingredients. In the morning, we took the bus to a shopping mall in Kawasaki and boy it was a really nice mall… made me felt just like home cause the interior is similar to 1U’s design. Anyway, we spent approx. around 3000 yen (that’s about RM 85) buying all the ingredients we need.

All the ingredients that we bought… notice the pot of mushrooms??? hahaha… although we were a bit overdosed, it is really tasty! :)
