Off-focus and out-of-sync

Grrr… I dunno what’s wrong with me lately but I just can’t seem to go to sleep at night. :evil: Every night, I’ll ended up tossing and turning in bed; with my brain firing like a jet thinking of god-knows-what and I’ll be so wide awake. I’ve tried to do my usual watch-reruns-till-I-sleep trick but I doesn’t seem to work anymore. I’ll ended up either finishing the entire show OR it’s too boring till I just turn it off.

Last night was probably the worse cause I only managed to sleep at around 2:30am (i think)… and the worst part is - I woke up at 5:30am!!! My alarm clock wasn’t ringing, there was no commotion, no earthquake… nothing. Nothing besides the slight ray of sunlight in my room (btw, sunrise is now around 4:30am here in Tokyo! :???: ). Anyway, there I was wide awake at 5:30am… took me some time before I manage to get some shut eyes again… but then, I gotta wake up at 8am for work. sigh~~~

So, throughout the day… my eyebags was really huge, and I felt so off-focus and out of sync. To top it all, I’m kinda on a deadline for a project that I’m working on as next week my company is participating in the Tokyo Interop exhibition and we’re suppose to be ready by then.

*Gosh, how I miss those times when I get to have my precious afternoon naps… Oh well, I hope that I can get some good rest tonight.

    the one way that puts me to sleep - physical tiredness. go shop whole day, and when u get home, you’ll sleep like a log. =D

    Today damn “suey”… over the night, woke up like 3-4 times for no reason… then this morning - OVERSLEPT! Sigh~~~ so, came in late for work today feeling like crap. :(
