After spending 2 months in Tokyo, I was finally back to my home in PJ for a couple of days before flying off to Miri to attend my graduation.
So, naturally… I was very excited as I get to see my family again but ermm… most important of all - I finally can get my hands on some chili! hahaha!!! My mom even cooked chicken rendang on the day of my arrival - not especially for me la… just that it’s my niece’s birthday celebration as well.
Anyway, after being welcomed back home and everybody commenting how “fair” I’ve gotten; I helped myself to some nice rendang back home and a nice claypot of tomyam with my cousin sister at the mamak. hehehe…

Glorious tomyam soup!!!
Since I only got the weekend left in KL/PJ, I had to maximize my time and savor as much food as I can… hahaha… so, on Saturday and Sunday - I practically went on an eating spree and ended up with a slight stomachache!
Serves me right for eating so much chili at one go.

Prawn mee for breakfast!

Klang Bak Kut Teh… yum yum…

…and how can I forget the wonderful cili padi that goes with it…
Probably the only regret I have is I didn’t get the chance to eat the Assam Laksa that I packed from pasar malam. *sob*
Was just too full to eat it and I had to fly off to Miri the next morning… sigh~ guess I’ll be thinking about that Assam Laksa now…
