What? One month has passed?

How fast time flies~ it’s been a month now since I came to Tokyo and I just can’t believe it! Well, first of all I actually survived ONE month without chili (yes, I’ve NOT tasted any red chili, cili padi, chili sauce) - ZILCH. Also, no mentos for a month already! So, now I’m missing 2 of my favourite food so much! Argh~

Luckily, the good news is that I’ll be back to Malaysia during the first week of May so then I can eat all I want!!! Hahaha… and this time must remember to “tapau” my favourite TomYam paste, dry chili flakes, Kg. Koh chili and MENTOS! muahaha..

On another note… my life in Japan so far is slowly becoming a routine… not a bad one but just one that is repeating day after day (that’s the definition routine isn’t it?) Monday till Friday I’ll be going to work. My working hours are from 9am till 6pm but I usually stay till around 7pm and grab dinner before going home. Then, back home I’ll be online as well… chatting with some friends on MSN, watching Japanese TV or some downloaded TV series before calling it a day.

On the weekends, Saturday is now officially house cleaning day. Gotta do my laundry, clean my room, the kitchen and also the bathroom. After that, I usually just sleep unless I got some other plans. On Sunday, it’s Church at noon before having lunch and a bit of touring around. So, far most of my weekends are filled with plans to explore bits of Tokyo… need to go out and jalan-jalan a bit you know? :P

So, that’s about it… my weekly routine life in Japan so far… Hopefully in the weeks to come I’ll try to include more activites since my company have an account with the local gym and we get free access. They’ll be opening a new branch closer to my office soon so perhaps then I can get some exercise! (is it even possible?? hahaha)…

Anyway, I’m looking forward to this weekend as I’ll going to Ueno Park to see the Cherry Blossoms!!! It’s spring! :D

Until my next post… I’ll leave you with a nice song by Take That; it’s entitled Patience. (hehehe… no other meaning. Just the word patience - one more month and tomyam, assam laksa, bak kut teh, char kuey teow here I come!)

Cheers~!
