Opsss… I did it again.
Darn… I procrastinated again. Been putting off the task of updating my blog day after day. Much have happened for the past 2 weeks and now I hope I can pen them down before I put it off again. (time to glue my butt to the chair until I finish typing this post).
Well, first of all… I was back in Miri for 2 weeks and not the original plan of 3 weeks. This is because the course was squeezed to a really packed and hectic 2 weeks schedule. For the first week, we had classes from 9am till 10pm running from Monday till Saturday! and the second week runs from 9am till 5pm. During the first week, it was really overkill… We had to cover so much materials that by Wednesday even the trainer is starting to feel a little sick (poor Willie). The second week was much better as we had more time to cover the materials for Microsoft Exchange Server and our trainer Mr. Inderjit was so much fun!
Overall, the course was enjoyable… I had loads of fun chatting and downloading movies in between the course (we even had a mini movies server running for those two weeks
) just to kill time and take my mind off the loads and loads of information the trainer is trying to download into my brain. I also made a couple of new friends and we had a Ghost Rider, Love Tree as well as a Rapist in the class.
It was definitely worth the while to go back and spend those two weeks in Miri.
On another note, my Certificate of Eligibility (COE) application to work in Japan is now approved! Yay!!! This means that I’m confirmed flying off come end of February and will begin my work in March. So, time to make good use of whatever time I got left for now… eat loads and loads of food while I still can (I’m so gonna miss chili when I’m there) and also gamble and collect ang pows! hahaha… Chinese New Year - here I come.
Cheers~!

Pizza Break! Everyone enjoying our lunch break in the lab
(much thanks to Ghost Rider for the effort)
