Sleeping patterns for a University student varies from those who stay up late untill the wee hours of the morning right to those who actually sleep during daytime
As for me, I’m an afternoon nap person… or should I say I used to be one… My day will start at 7-8am in the morning (yes, I do get up early) till after lunch time then I’ll start to feel a bit woozy by 3pm and usually I’ll take a nap for an hour or two. Then wake up just in time for dinner and continue with my night schedule (which involves spending lots of time sitting in front of my computer) and finally sleep again at 2-3am.
Well, that used to be my daily schedule… but recently I’ve tried to change (for the better, I hope)… I still take my afternoon nap once in a while now but not daily. Instead, I’ve signed up with a couple of friends to go to the gym in the evening on weekdays or I just stay in Uni and do nothing… hahaha … that way, I can actually do some exercise (finally) and spend less time napping… and hopefully go to bed earlier too!
Anyway, I’ve just completed my revision for my Computer Communications 352 mid semester exam which will be held later today at 2pm (it’s 12:50am now btw) so I guess it’s time for me to catch some shut eyes… and I still owe Bay a speech for the Yearbook… ahhhh…
Cheers~!
