Lent has begun
… and i actually forgot all about it. Last Wednesday (1st March) was the start of Lent and instead of observing the day of obligation (which means that the least I can do was to fast) I actually went to town in the evening to celebrate my friend’s birthday and caught a movie (Big Momma House 2 - which was pretty funny btw) in the cinema. I didn’t attend the mass or anything cause I totally forgot all about it until someone reminded me on Thursday!
I usually don’t forget these things but i guess when distractions and other things start crowding your life; you’ll let slip of other matters. Anyway, don’t think I’ll miss any of the important Lent dates anymore cause I’ve set it in my phone! Hahaha..
