Chat in Gmail
Today i noticed something different when I logged into my Gmail account. There was a “Chat” link on the sidebar. A bit of reading revealed to me that Google is planning to release a new feature in Gmail.

Chat using Gmail.
Chat with your friends from right inside Gmail. There’s no need to load a separate program or look up new addresses. It’s just one click to chat with the people you already email, as well as anyone on the Google Talk network. And now you can even save and search for chats in your Gmail account.
If you look closely, you’ll notice the Gmail logo on the mail page has a little “+Talk” added below it. Cool eh? Google is set on revolutionizing the Instant Messaging world. With this feature in Gmail (yet another first in the world - i think) imagine if your network is limited (eg. you can’t run Chat apps and web messengers are banned in your network) you’ll still be able to use your Gmail account to keep in touch with your loved ones!
Google has been moving the world with it’s simple yet effective applications… and it’s not planning to stop.
