2nd day of Chinese New Year
Monday, January 30th, 2006Today I spent the whole afternoon playing cards with my eldest brother and his friends. We played Big2 (Chor Tai Dee) initially and after a disastrous loss(okay, perhaps I’m exxagerating a little); we switched to Blackjack cause we had more players now… So, after a whole afternoon of card games and a bit down on the luck…. You’re smart enough to figure it out.
Anyway, in the evening we went to “Wong Kok Char Chan Teng” (a Hong Kong style restaurant in 1 Utama Shopping Complex) to have dinner… Dinner was courtesy of the BIG winner in the afternoon so it was good. Hahaha… 
This place looks nice with a very soothing interior deco and there was lots of choices on the menu. I had a “Cheese Baked Rice with Beef” and a glass of Milk Tea. The rice was delicious with a very nice layer of cheese on the top (pic below).

So, after a nice dinner I headed back home and watched a bit of golf on Astro with my dad (The Buick Invitational - Tiger roars back to take Buick) before sitting here right now typing this post…
